An Octagonal Board with Regal Detail
This octagonal chess set frames an inlaid walnut-and-maple field with a hand-carved border of flowing fleur-de-lis motifs and brass coordinate studs. A smooth drawer glides out from the base to store all thirty-two pieces, keeping the board ready to display.
Turned and finished by hand from solid beech and walnut, its eight-sided form and regal carving make it a graceful centerpiece - finished with the signature brass "H" drawer pull.
