Because our handmade chess sets and backgammon boards are created with precision and patience, each order goes through careful inspection, finishing, and secure preparation before shipping. What leaves our workshop is not just a product, but a finished piece of craftsmanship.

Processing Time

Each order requires a preparation period before dispatch:

  • Handmade production & final inspection: 3–5 business days
  • Custom or personalized sets: 7–9 business days

We never rush craftsmanship. Every piece is completed only when it meets the LionLaurel standard of excellence.

Shipping Methods

We offer reliable international shipping options to ensure safe and timely delivery:

  • DHL Express (Recommended) – Fast, secure, premium worldwide delivery
  • Standard international shipping (depending on destination)

DHL Express is our preferred shipping partner for international orders due to its speed, reliability, and global tracking system.

Shipping Times

Once your order is completed and dispatched:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • USA & Canada: 7–12 business days
  • Middle East: 5–12 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7–20 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs clearance and local courier conditions.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If shipped via DHL Express, you will also receive real-time tracking updates directly through DHL’s global system.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays

While we work only with trusted logistics partners like DHL Express, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, holidays, or external courier factors. In such cases, we monitor your shipment until successful delivery.
