Dark Walnut Board with Carved Corners
Finished in deep, warm walnut, this chess set frames an inlaid walnut-and-maple board with hand-carved scroll motifs at each corner and a lattice-carved drawer front. Storage drawers slide out to keep all thirty-two pieces close at hand, and shaped feet lift the whole board with quiet elegance.
Turned and finished by hand from solid beech and walnut, it pairs a rich, dark tone with crisp carving - a handsome 19.7" board for the study, lounge or games room.
