¿Cuál es la política de devoluciones?

Puedes devolver cualquier pedido en los 30 días siguientes a la entrega, por cualquier motivo, en todo el mundo. Si algo llega dañado o defectuoso, envíanos unas fotos y lo reemplazaremos o te reembolsaremos por completo.
¿Puedo preguntar por una pieza antes de comprarla?

Por supuesto. Llámanos o escríbenos por WhatsApp al +374 41 777 882 para una consulta personal. Con gusto enviamos más fotos, te ayudamos con el tamaño y el grabado, y respondemos cualquier pregunta.
¿Cuándo recibiré mi pedido?

Cada pieza está hecha a mano para ti, así que tarda 1–2 semanas en elaborarse. Después, la entrega tarda unos 7–9 días hábiles a EE. UU., Canadá, Europa y Reino Unido; otras regiones pueden tardar un poco más. Las mesas viajan por transporte de muebles asegurado y llegan unas 2–4 semanas después de terminarse.
¿Dónde se hacen vuestras piezas?

En Armenia. Cada pieza está hecha a mano para ti, la mayoría en el taller de Ereván del maestro tallista Hrachya Ohanyan.
¿Cuánto cuesta el envío?

Nada para EE. UU., Canadá y Europa: allí el envío es gratis, con seguimiento y asegurado. Otros países pagan una tarifa fija de $100 (Brasil, Chile y Nueva Zelanda, $200). Los pedidos de más de $600 viajan exprés con firma, y los pedidos a EE. UU. y la UE llegan con aranceles pagados.
