Yes, we ship worldwide from Armenia with secure packaging and tracked delivery. We prepare each piece in 1–3 business days. Made-to-order or engraved pieces take 1–2 weeks. Then standard delivery takes about 5–8 business days to the US and Canada, 3–8 to Europe and the UK, 6–14 to Australia and New Zealand, and 5–20 to the rest of the world.
What is your return policy?
You can return any order within 30 days of delivery, for any reason, worldwide. Faulty or damaged items return free; for change-of-mind returns the item must be unused in its original packaging and you cover return shipping. EU and UK customers also have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right.
