Standard delivery takes about 5–8 business days to the US and Canada, 3–8 to Europe and the UK, 6–14 to Australia and New Zealand, and 5–20 to the rest of the world. You'll receive your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Returns and Exchanges
Each piece is made by hand and inspected before it ships. If yours arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, send a few photos to contact@lionlaurel.com within 30 days and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, usually with nothing to send back.
Changed your mind? Any order can be returned within 30 days of delivery, worldwide: unused and in its original packaging, with return shipping paid by the buyer. EU and UK customers also have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right and a 2-year guarantee on faults. Engraved pieces, custom commissions and gift cards can't be returned unless they arrive faulty.
