Backgammon Table by Hrachya Ohanyan is made from one piece of beech wood. Engraved on this model is the Eternity sign, which symbolizes the idea of eternal life. It is a symbol of Armenian national identity.

This model is completely handcrafted. It is varnished. The hinges and locks are made of cast bronze. The entire playing field is hand carved of one piece of wood.

THE SET INCLUDES

• 32 playing pieces, made of beech and walnut wood, with velvet fabric applied to bottom of each piece,
• Box made of plywood.

     In 1985, national master Hrachya Ohanyan began his work, raising the age-old traditions of woodworking production, developing and implementing a new approach to fine woodworking art.
