Returns and Exchanges
Each piece is made by hand and inspected before it ships. If yours arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, send a few photos to contact@lionlaurel.com within 30 days and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, usually with nothing to send back.
Changed your mind? Any order can be returned within 30 days of delivery, worldwide: unused and in its original packaging, with return shipping paid by the buyer. EU and UK customers also have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right and a 2-year guarantee on faults. Engraved pieces, custom commissions and gift cards can't be returned unless they arrive faulty.
