Some product photography and product descriptions on this site are supplied by — or produced together with — the Armenian artisans and workshop partners we work with, and are used with their permission. Those materials remain the property of their respective owners.

The designs of the pieces themselves, including the carved Mount Ararat outline and other original motifs, are the intellectual property of the artisans who created them.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or use any material from this site for commercial purposes without written permission from us or from the relevant rights holder. You're welcome to link to us.

Accuracy of information

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and current. Even so, product descriptions, prices, availability, and delivery estimates may occasionally contain errors or become out of date.

If we discover a material error in the price or description of something you've ordered, we'll contact you before the order ships and give you the choice of confirming the corrected order or cancelling it for a full refund. We will never simply charge you a higher price than the one you agreed to.

If something goes wrong, email contact@lionlaurel.com. We answer within 1–2 business days and we resolve almost everything directly and quickly — that is nearly always faster than any formal process.

We are not obliged, and are not willing, to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
